Our Story
In 2018, Nick Kornea remodeled a kitchen for a client named Randall Rivera. Over the course of that project, Nick shared something he'd been thinking about for a long time – developing a platform that could unify every part of running a construction business, end to end. Randall listened. The project wrapped, and they went their separate ways.
Seven years later, Nick reached back out. Randall hadn't forgotten the idea -- and he knew exactly who needed to hear it. He introduced Nick to his boss, Wayne Semisch, and something clicked immediately. Wayne became Nick's partner, and the three of them -- Nick, Randall, and Wayne -- became the designers and architects of what is now AiO.
That relationship is the DNA of this company: a contractor with a vision, a client who believed in it, and a partner who helped make it real. AiO exists because the right people found each other at the right time.

Our Team
AiO was designed and developed by three people who came together through a client relationship, a shared frustration with the industry, and a vision for what construction software could actually be.
Nick is the founder and CEO of LBK Design-Build, a design-build firm based in Eastern PA. AiO is the product of that experience — every feature shaped by the real frustrations of running jobs day to day.
Randall was Nick’s client in 2018 — the first person to hear the idea behind AiO. Seven years later, he made the connection that brought the founding team together. His belief in the concept from day one helped make AiO a reality.
Wayne joined as a partner after Randall made the introduction in 2025. He brought the operational and strategic perspective that helped transform Nick’s vision into a scalable platform — and has been a key architect of AiO ever since.
